Mediation Programme

For individuals, groups, families and educators

In the context of Manifesta 16 Ruhr, mediation is seen as a practice that brings people together to exchange ideas about culture and society.

Within different Walks and activities, mediators invite visitors to express their own thoughts, ask questions and encourage them to start conversation with each other. In these exchanges, visitors and mediators collectively engage with different artistic positions, sharing perspectives and how they experience their surroundings.

Manifesta 16 Ruhr offers Open Walks, Group Walks, free Activities for Schools, and a free Family Programme.

All the Mediation Programme activities are designed by a diverse team of Manifesta 16 Ruhr mediators.
