Accreditation for the Press and Professional Preview Days is now open!
Manifesta 16 Ruhr would be honoured to welcome you during our Preview Days, taking place on the 18th, 19th and 20th of June 2026, with the 18th of June reserved for press and the 19th and 20th of June open to cultural professionals.
Press Accreditation
On the 18th of June 2026, Manifesta 16 Ruhr venues will open their doors for the Press Preview Day.
To apply for press accreditation, please complete the registration form via the link below.
Each press accreditation request must include one of the following documents:
An official letter of assignment signed by the editor-in-chief, or
A scan of a valid press card
Applications submitted without the required documentation will not be considered. Once a fully completed application has been submitted, the Manifesta 16 Ruhr team will respond within 10 working days. Please submit your application by the 15th of May 2026.
The twelve Manifesta 16 Ruhr venues will be open for press:
Thursday, the 18th of June: 13.00–19.00
Friday, the 19th of June: 10.00–19.00
Saturday, the 20th of June: 10.00–19.00
For additional questions regarding the Press Preview Days or the Official Press Conference, please email: press@manifesta.org. Accreditation requests via e-mail will not be considered.
Professional Accreditation
On the 19th and 20th of June 2026, Manifesta 16 Ruhr venues will be open to professionals. We warmly invite senior members of staff from cultural institutions (directors and chief curators), universities (professors, heads of faculty), previous Manifesta participants, partners and supporters of previous editions to apply. Please note that, due to limited capacity, Manifesta 16 Ruhr reserves the right to decline accreditation requests.
As of the 21st of June 2026, the public is invited to visit Manifesta 16 Ruhr free of charge.
To request professional accreditation, please complete the registration form via the link below before the 15th of May 2026.
Once a fully completed application has been submitted, the Manifesta 16 Ruhr team will respond within 10 working days.
