50 days until the opening of Manifesta 16 Ruhr!

We are counting down the days until Manifesta 16 Ruhr. Participants have been announced and now 50 days are left until the opening.

Preparations across the Ruhr Area continue to take shape while across our venues, a lot of new exciting things are happening at the same time.

Through the Warm-Up Programme, we continue to create spaces where exchange and encounter can emerge. From basketball workshops in Gelsenkirchen, to St. Josef being transformed into a lively marketplace, to talks, music and workshops, the first moments leading up to Manifesta 16 Ruhr keep on unfolding.

While this is a busy period, we are continuing to fine-tune the final details of the Biennial Programme, which will be free for everyone to attend and announced in June.

In the coming weeks, we will keep on sharing new insights into what’s to come, as well as moments from behind the scenes in the build up to the opening.
